You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations will not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for sending the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged item, or incorrect product received.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that shipping fees, cash-on-delivery charges, and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a refund. Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, customized products, and items purchased during clearance or sale events may not be eligible for return or exchange.
